Capital Link will review the individual Performance Evaluation Profiles (PEPs) prepared for each Utah Health Center that provided FY11-FY14 audits and UDS or provided authorization to utilize UDS information directly from the HRSA database. These reports provide data which will enable Health Center management to compare changes over time as well as compare to peers within Utah.

PEPs include trends in key operating ratios:

• Operating Margin
• Days Cash on Hand
• Days in Net Patient Accounts Receivable and Personnel-Related Expense
• Provider Productivity
• Operating Revenue and Expense per User and Per Visit
• Select Staffing Ratios
• Payer Mix
• Collections

Peer benchmarking is also included in the individual reports with two cohorts: Rural and Urban.

In addition to the individual reports, a state aggregate report will also be provided. The state report will benchmarked to 5 other states that are as close as possible to peers for Utah.
